
Tritons doing the Lake Placid Ironman will be running the Lake Placid Marathon as a tuneup race, part of a training weekend that will also include workouts on the Ironman bike and swim courses.
The Tritons join our friends from Fast and Fab and many others to ride 126 miles in one day. This year several Tritons competing in Ironman Lake Placid plan to do it as a training ride/brick with a transition run after the ride.
Of course you don't have to do the brick workout to enjoy the ride. For more information, see the event's website.
