Wednesday Evening East River Run
Join us for 5-6 flat and fun miles in East River Park, starting and ending on St Mark's place between 2nd and 3rd Avenue (secure bag drop available). Start time 6:30-7pm; for more information and to confirm attendence please RSVP to Wednesday Night Run.
Treadmill Workouts
Treadmill workouts are not merely a foul weather alternative,
they are a great way to work on form, pacing and strength.
A varied program of goal-focused treadmill workouts can be an integral part of your training regimen year round.
These works have been designed to take advantage of your base and volume building training periods.
Any workout can be made more difficult by adding time or intensity to the intervals.
But remember, you are still in your early season training, don't overdo it!
